Order Online - Payment can be taken by Credit/Debit card which will be processed by Paypal (no existing Paypal account required) or through your existing Paypal account. Click on the "Add to Basket" link under the item(s) you require and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order via our secure system.

Order by Telephone - Call our Spares Department on 01422 203963 and then either use your credit/debit card or send a cheque/P.O. payable to Crosslee plc to Spares(web) Dept., Crosslee plc, Hipperholme, Halifax, HX3 8DE

In either case, please allow 10 days for delivery *

Before placing any orders, please ensure that you have checked the specifications closely as some items may not be suitable for your appliance. If you are unsure, please email your enquiry to info@royalcozyfires.co.uk, making sure you include the model and serial number from your appliance† and we will be happy to advise you.

†Electric Fires - The model and serial numbers can be found on a sticker either on the front of the appliance, or by the light fitting. Gas Fires - The model and serial numbers can be found on a sticker on the burner assembly near the controls. (e.g Model No. C603R, Serial No. 0246 234567).
